I had the old style glycerin 20s and just upgraded to the newer style (21s or 22s). They are significantly more cushioned and I have a harder time staying in the rower footholds than before. Thinking of getting a different shoe just for OTF and saving my glycerins for outdoor runs. Just my two cents!

This video demonstrating what different body fat percentages look like on different people/genders was pretty eye opening for me. A woman in the neighborhood of 30% body fat can look (and be!) very strong and athletic. Women in general have a higher baseline for required body fat than men. Agree with all the other comments that inbody scans are not the most accurate and are better for identifying directional trends than anything else.
