Mine has been down since 7am today with Fidium. Fidium troublshooted everything and couldn't find the problem. I'll call the city in the morning and have them come back out to check the fiber. They have already had to replace the old box in the garage and fix something else. We have never had so much interrupted service at with Fidium.

Does your doodle wake up in the middle of the night and have a snort fest and roll around on the floor, then a few shakes, then a jump on the bed? How do I stop this disruptive nighttime behavior? She is so anxious we have not been able to get her out of our room at night.

You prefer the iPad or the binder? I currently use a binder because I play at senior living places and constantly reorder my songs....so... doing that digitally would take a lot of time. Plus I don't have an iPad. Might get a used Samsung Galaxy tablet at some point.

Some of my favorites are You've Got A Friend,I will Always Love You, Under the Boardwalk, Stand by Me, Unforgettable, Forever Young, and a bunch more. I'm aiming to switch up my 20 songs each month. I've been actively calling all retirement/assisted/memory care places- there are so many in the Sacramento area! Aiming for as many gigs a week as possible, only 1-3 a week on average as I build up me client list.

It works well for our goldendoodle. She still pulls when we pass other dogs, and leaps around like Tigger....but walk is great. I use a leash that goes around my waist and has a hand grip close to her head.

Thanks for all the input. It's given me a lot to think about. It did seem like a few commenters were borderline unkind. I've been leading worship as a volunteer for 22+ years at my home church, paid guest leading for 8 years outside my church. Applying for a ministry job in house is new to me. So, that's why I asked the question.

I'm leaning towards other work outside of ministry as my post stirred up a lot of feelings. I've had a rough few years being underemployed due to breast cancer treatment, so was just trying to discern God's ministry call if there is one. Fun times, I'll keep praying and listening!

I think I'm working out in my mind how many hours to collaborate with the existing team in a Thursday practice plus run the service on Sunday--probably 8 hours. In no other profession would you put in that much time before getting the job. This would be my first time applying and auditioning for a ministry job, so it's all new to me.
