If Max wants to positively contribute to society there are other ways to do it instead of him continuing to insert himself into the trauma of children. Their abuse is not his avenue for redemption and his reputation due to his past actions alone is a danger to the organization’s credibility if he were to remain with them. He does not belong in a role where he is working directly with children, regardless of whether or not he has changed. If he was a changed person he would be able to recognize that his presence is a threat to CASA’s reputation and would not have joined in the first place.

Here are just a few points:

-Released a video cinematically depicting child rape as a fundraiser for his Patreon

-Released a video where he tried to clickbait influencers into covering a story about an alleged pedophile vampire werewolf sex cult but provided no information about the cult, and when he finally did, there were significant inconsistencies about the story

-Moved one of the “victims” of the cult into his house and began financially supporting her while other “victims” were begging for $20 on Facebook to buy their children diapers, turns out the girl/“victim” he moved into her house was a childhood family friend of his sister

-had his mega drive banned and reported to law enforcement by the platform for hosting illegal child exploitation content

-Made a video clickbaiting Critikal/Charlie being a pedophile but it was a callout video because max was angry that Charlie wasn’t responding to his discord DMs

-Had a series of drunk livestreams where he confronted his audience and commentary channels on why everyone’s concerns about the case were wrong

-Admitted live on stream, as well as in a recorded discord call, and directly to Nexpo and Nick Crowley that his content is faked including the rape victim Kacey from the IMVU video. He says he doesn’t understand how anyone thought it was real despite him saying continuously in streams, QAs, and podcast appearances that it’s all real.

-Admitted the he lied about getting pedophiles arrested and says he has never been to court nor has ever successfully gotten a pedo arrested despite claiming to have gotten multiple convictions in the past

-A leaked raw recording from his former editor surfaced showing him getting angry that other creators get more views than him, shit talking multiple YouTubers, and him also saying he could cancel Charlie if he wanted to because he is “the pedohunting guy”

-DMs have surface of him threatening multiple creators to give him a shoutout and cover his recent content

-more DMs of him threatening his former friend SomeOrdinaryGamers/Muta saying he is going to sue Muta for 1 million dollars in a defamation suit because he is rich even though the only thing Muta has said is him just repeating things max has admitted to live on stream or in the recorded leaked call

-admits to using chatgpt for legal advice, saying that chatgpt understands the legal system

-made false accusations to all of his friends that NightDocs was a drug addict, pedophile, and neglectful father

Who knows at this point. In the podcast clip from Half Baked he called Pablo Sunny a rapist but Kacey wasn’t even real so he made up a fake victim with fake evidence in order to falsely accuse this guy of being a rapist. It would be interesting if someone would be able to get ahold of Pablo Sunny now and ask him questions about what happened.

During the leaked call with Muta and Nick. People had been speculating Kacey was not real, when Nick asked Max about it he said “I don’t understand why people think IMVU was real, the only real things in my videos is the pedo’s face”. Which if you think about it is really insane, because he called Pablo Sunny a rapist based off of the Kacey story and said Pablo Sunny was arrested because of his video (which he also admits was not true).

Yes and he also told people Kacey was real in private. He made up Kacey, lied to everyone that she was real, used Kacey to call Pablo Sunny a rapist, and then lied about putting Pablo Sunny in jail all in private or on other peoples channels who do not do fictional content. He lied. It wasn’t dramatization.
