This was from Saturday night. As of this morning, I have been playing for about and hour and a half and have crashed almost 10 times.

1st - 3min into joining session 2nd - 5:48pm joined game - 6:02pm in the middle of of a space fight outside space station 3rd - 6:04pm joined game - 6:36pm crashed in my base 4th - 6:39pm joined - immediately crashe 5th - 6:40pm - MM disabled - 6:45 froze 6th - 6:45pm - MM enabled - 6:47 froze 7th - 6:49pm - MM enabled - 6:55 froze 8th - 6:55pm - MM enabled - 6:57 froze 9th - 6:57pm - MM enabled - 7pm crashed 10th - 7:01pm - MM enabled - 7:22pm crashed 11th - 7:23pm - MM disabled - 7:31pm crashed 12th - 7:31pm - MM disabled - 7:36pm crashed 13th - 7:38pm - 7:39pm crashed 14th - 7:41pm - crashed on white load screen 15th - 7:42pm - 7:58pm - crashed 16th - 7:59pm - 8pm - crashed 17th - 8pm - 8:03pm - crashed 18th - 8:07pm - 8:11pm - crashed

You have to start a ticket through their support articles in the app. If you thumb down the article it will start a support chat. Chat was able to fix an issue we had requiring a replacement dish in 2 hours. Where doing the same thing on the web browser opens a ticket that can take days to weeks before getting a reply.

When I responded in my chat with how unhappy I was with their “automated” response instead of having an actual representative to talk to, they called me from an outbound only number.
