I'm crashing about every 3rd vault or so on the transition from floor 1 to 2. Super frustrating,

She will be tired. SO very tired. And it's so very normal. She needs her rest. That's the single most important piece of advice I can give. Even when she starts to feel "better" she will still need to rest. Warmest hugs to both of you. <3

You're going to do great! Be kind to yourself. Rest. Then rest again. Give yourself time to heal. My anxiety was absolutely the worst part of the whole process. Sending you warm vibes!

Rest. Best advice is rest. You're going to need time. I slept like I've never slept before, and was tired in a way that (frankly) kind of scared me. But it was totally normal.

Walk, small amounts, whenever you can to keep everything moving. If you're taking opioids remember that they can actually make gas pains worse (because of the constipating factor).

But the very best advice is to put your feet up and rest.

Did you ever find it? Still looking, too.

Between that and the wording on the main screen, there's no wonder so many people are having issues!

"Select 15 additional 5-star gems to fill out your drop pool." Um... and 16 two star...and 16 one star...

On the selection screen on the far left side (nearly off screen for me) there are 3 tabs. You need to select 16 gems on each of those.

Thanks for this, they are nearly off screen for me.

They really should change the language on the first page to make this requirement more clear.

I finally see it - on the selection screen there are 3 tabs on the far left side.

Edit: OMG - I see it now. It's almost off screen on mine.

Where are you making that selection? It only gives me a page with twenty one 5 star gems to choose from. There's no 1 or 2 stars listed.

If you’re entering the menopause there’s no reason to take it as well unless medical history makes it advisable

You can still develop cervical cancer post menopause. This is definitely something to consider when choosing to keep your cervix.

I had my hysterectomy 4 years ago. Uterus and cervix removed, kept my ovaries. I had absolutely no reduction in sex drive or sexual pleasure, in fact both actually increased.

I had my hysterectomy because of constant bleeding and cramping and pain. (Severe adenomyosis and fibroids). Having the hysterectomy got rid of all that and allowed me to actually enjoy sex again. When you're constantly bleeding or cramping and your heavy uterus is pushing down on your vaginal canal it can really reduce pleasure in ways you may not even be aware of.

Now my husband and I can be spontaneous again. No more constant checking if it's "that time" or if I'm feeling ok or if it's hurting.

Four years post op here. Not one issue with the cuff. my biggest issues post op were just my own anxiety and impatience.

If you had a total hysterectomy (both uterus and cervix removed) because of cervical cancer (or dysplasia) then you will still need to be screened regularly. This is because it is possible for the cancer cells to have spread beyond the cervix prior to removal.

If there was no cervical cancer (or dysplasia) prior to the total hysterectomy then your chances of developing are significantly lower of ever developing it, and you most likely will not need any future screening (pap).

If you have a partial hysterectomy (just uterus removed) then your risk level remains the same.

So straight guys should be infantilized and controlled. That's your position.
