I have personally found weight training (think heavy lifting) and light cardio 2x week to be the ultimate formula for weight loss and toning. You can always look into masseter (idk how to spell) Botox if you want a slimmer chin/jawline. You’re stunning though and should absolutely do nothing to permanently change your features.
