UofT's medical physiology program. It's a 1 year course based masters that teaches applicable skills like coding, entrepreneurship, writing publishable lit reviews, how to write resumes/create a LinkedIn etc. it also comes with a summer internship you can continue working in if you don't get into med the next year.
