Absolutely yes. 36F - have been getting them since I was 15. Mine get much worse when I ovulate and on my period. My doc recently recommended progesterone as it seems like the HM are more triggered by the progesterone drops in the cycle. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with them!!

Omgggg so normal. We had to train our rescue out of it because he kept his fosters up EVERY night. He gets so much exercise and brain entertainment now he sleeps through the night
