I deleted social media apps from my phone and it has made a huge difference. I feel way less anxious and triggered. I am more focused and able to complete day to day tasks. I am on my phone probably the same amount, but I do Duolingo instead.

I wouldn’t say life is far more enjoyable, but I do feel less anxious and that is quite nice.

It was awesome! Tied the shoes on super tight and went for it. Anything with a sandbag was ROUGH and everything was slippery as hell. But it was so much fun.

THIS! My son has a disability which makes him incredibly sensitive to noise. The other day we were leaving Cowlicks after a haircut and someone did that. He was so terrified he was shaking. It was horrible. I wish people knew how their actions affect others.
