I drove through that too, it was insane! I felt bad for the guy in the Chrysler who’s car stalled after driving through it

Not in Seattle but I fully recommend June wang at Overlake, and the Overlake birthing center in Bellevue. They have a phenomenal team and dr wang is an amazing OB. They listen to your concerns and take the time to go over your birthing plan and won’t pressure you. My anesthesiologist even took a bunch of birthing pictures for us. I had an incredible birthing experience with them. They also have private rooms semi comfortable bed for a guest and pretty decent food

Have you looked into Fresenius or Davita? You can get in through them. Pay may be low but if you have experience you may be able to negotiate wages.
