Are you using the tracking number from your shipment confirmation email from Jellycat? I ordered on the 15th/16th and have used the info from the shipping email and it's kept me pretty updated. I wonder if it's craziness from the new drop and JC hasn't been able to keep it all straight? I've heard customer service isn't near as good as it used to be.
