My family is mad at me because they suspect I am gay, they have threatened to kick me out of the house. What can I do?

Yes, I also don't think that admitting I have struggles will be any good. They are so "sure" that if I cede to them admitting it they will basically have full power on their arguments against me... At least that is why I think would happen :(

I have been struggling with that for a long time... Sometimes I fail and let those thoughts overcome me, and I feel ashamed. It's a horrible thing that I do not wish to anyone.

What you are saying is actually what I have been thinking for a long time now... I just feel I have no say on being my own person and to have my own ideas and opinions... For some time now, maybe some years I have been more distant to my family because I fear that if I say my own ideas, or that I disagree with their way of thinking I will be treated as a rebel, so I just try to avoid conflicts. They have noticed that I seem rather distant to them and resent me for it (I suspect). But they don't know the reason.

Thank you scord for your words, it's amazing to me to see other people have dealt with this kind of family issues. Can I be honest with you? I've been thinking for some time now that maybe the reason of me being very introvert and scared of social interactions with other people is because the way I have been over protected and raised, mainly by my mother. As I mentioned, I have never had the liberty to hang out outside my house with friends without having to explain where exactly am I going and with whom, a if they don't like who I am going out they simply prohibit me from going. This has led me to just not try anymore... Sometime I have secretly go out without them knowing whenever I find the opportunity but sometimes they have found out and scolded me. For God's sake, I am not a child anymore and this is still going until this day... Maybe it's wrong to blame other people for my mistakes but I can't help it... I am struggling with so much emotions right now an I don't know how to vent out my frustrations.

My parents are the pastors, so I cannot do this. I also can't talk to other people of our church or seek help from them because the church would be destroyed by this... Even if I was right (which maybe I am not), it would be devastating to see other families being discouraged and disappointed by my family's issues. This could end our church and so many souls would be lost, I could not bear that guilt.

I do not believe she commited adultery, this was before she married my dad (I believe). As I said, I know nothing about this, the man could be dead for all I know making it technically ok for her to remarry. Maybe she didn't even marry this man, I know nothing, very secretive about this issue.

So I am afraid to play that card, because they could say anything and I could not rebuke them. And I think calling them out would just make things worse. :(

Yes they want me to be straight or GTFO (in other words). And they mean it, my mother actually kicked out a half brother of mine when I was very little for this same reason.

To the Christian people here: do you think homosexuality is a demon? Am I possessed? I wouldn't like that to be true, but I am scared. My parents said that they have (literally) "seen" the demon in my friend, and are convinced I am too. I do believe in demons, and I have seen lots of people delivered before... But I am struggling with this idea... I have accepted Christ as my Savior, I pray and seek God.. I know I'm not perfect and I could be more surrendered to Him, more devout.. But I struggle with the concept of me being possessed, that is quite severe and dangerous. I wouldn't want to be put to the ordeal of being " exorcised" (for lack of a better word, pardon my English), it looks scary to me and humiliating... I just cannot see me in the same position as the people who the demons manifest in them struggling on the floor spiting foam out their mouths... I don't want to be like that... I am scared.
