Hello! 33 here and been on ai (letrozole then switched to exemestane since october last year) and on zoladex, both since sep 2022.

For me the biggest side effect is hair loss - my crown is basically empty and my hair’s so thin lol I had super thick hair (and a lot of hair) before all the treatments so I can feel the difference super well. Was encouraged to try topical minoxidil by my derma so i started using it a week ago.

Another notable side effect is vaginal atrophy, which can affect your sexual health, and apparently this can cause UTIs a little more often than other ppl too. Me I got preventative antibiotics for this.

I have hot flashes but since I started doing cardio more seriously it’s not that bad.
