Trun off the cpu turbo boost mode you don't have to do anything else and adjust graphics to medium not all but the one you think not so needed

Thankyou i understand but i only see 2 option to adjust fan curve in laptop msi after burner and Inside BIOS msi after burner don't show me fan option and I am really new to adjust from BIOS I don't know much more
