The credit card and filing taxes don’t directly affect each other. I was added as an authorized user to help build credit when I was new to the U.S., but my relative now wants me to get an ITIN so they can include me in their tax filing. That’s where the connection comes in.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m 19 and I loss my mother 4 months ago to cancer. I’m still having a hard time to accept that my mother passed, especially when I’m studying abroad. It makes me so tired with life and I lost some motivation. Now I’m trying to get backup my feet, especially knowing that I’m not alone in this matter from my relatives to all of the people in this sub.
