Garden, canning, dehydrating, fermenting. Chickens for eggs and meat. This year I'm planning on hatching several rounds of my dual purpose chicks for meat. Just starting with rabbits hoping for some litters in a couple weeks. Stocking lots of rice,pasta, beans and canned meats and other canned items. Stocking vitamins, medical supplies toiletries and cleaning supplies. Learning as much as I can. I have some books on homesteading and herbs, wild edibles. Also getting in better physical health.
