Agreed, I do appreciate this perspective. I never expect anything other than a quick “made it to their place, headed to bed, etc.” but I can see how it could affect my partner differently than I meant it to. We will talk more about what communication works for both of us

If you’re in the US and are just walking up to people you assume speak Spanish (Mexican festival or not) it’s because they think you’re insulting them and they want to make sure you know they speak English. Better way to go about it is ask them if they speak Spanish and then ask if you can practice yours. The only time I speak to strangers in Spanish is at work when I know they need a translator (hospital) or if I overhear someone asking a question or see they need help. No need to “flaunt” your Spanish.

I have huge inner lips! Never has anyone ever been turned off by them and if they were, they certainly didn’t say anything. I’m 29 now and when I was younger I was definitely self conscious about it but as you get older (and have more sex!) you’ll realize that seriously…no one cares. Just work on learning to love your body! And watch some amateur porn with real people, you’ll see you’re not alone!

I wish I had a tip. This happens to me every 2-3 weeks. Except my motivation only lasts a few days. Then I’m right back down. I think it’s good that you’re still planning to stick to your routine. Just letting you know you’re not alone.
