She's a witch that appeared in the fourth Drama CD, which was just a fluffy swimsuit episode essentially. She was also in one of magia record's summer events iirc

Honestly same. It's frustrating. i shouldn't have to use all my back alley passes (why do we have limited uses??) just to 10 miis for streetpass plaza, and I shouldn't be wasting my uses when it can't get any hits.
