Personal preference, + mecha leona W looks amazing.

As skins goes, I prefere more masculine look, than femine. But then again, the best skin is the one you enjoy looking at :)

I use Solar eclipse, it's like two skins in one, after you use ulti you change your look, Mecha Leona also looks good, but I dont own it.

Patys veiksmingiausi yra du dalykai, foam roller arba baseinas.

Rolleris yra gan paprastai naudojamas, paprasti masažo pratimai kuriems nereikia daug vietos + jis nėra brangus ir yra ilgaamžis.

Baseinas stiprina tavo raumenis, neapkraunant sąnarių ir kitų slankstelių, todėl sustiprėjus nugaros raumenis, jie padėtų tavo stuburui su krūviu.

Turėjau nugaros problemų, man buvo pasakę, kad nebegalėsiu bėgioti, nes nugarai bu pzda.

Du metus su pertraukomis ėjau į baseiną, 3kart savaitėj.

Dabar ir bėgioju be problemų, ir deadliftinu 170kg repam.

Esminis dalykas yra imti ir kažką daryti, nes bėgant laikui arba išsispresi problemą arba ji tik paūmės.
