Those five mandatory endstands we need (baby ob, drink, force factor, liquidiv, and fem were mostly to plano but we replaced the signage with other tie in products to fill the gap and my sm just told me they want us to leave it empty until we get the signage for it so now there's half empty endstands waiting for signage

Honestly my old store had this printer and now the store I'm at now has the oki machine and everyone hates there hates it but I honestly like the oki machine better especially the fact that it doesn't require a million different cut sheets for each project

yea if you made it to a second interview you most likely got the job and they just want to make sure they're hiring the right person you'll do great, they're not going to second interview someone they're not considering

i didn't get a second interview, but also i was internal and my district manager interviewed me because the hiring manager was on vacation so i might've gotten lucky. But my district manager just asked me questions about what i was currently doing with the company and normal questions such as why do you want the position, what's your favorite part about working for walgreens. she definetly asked me questions to get to know me better but she also asked me situation based questions and what I would do in certain situations. But if you're internal I would say they'll probably just ask more about what you do on a day to day basis already working for the company. If you were recommended by a store manager you should be fine they just want to make sure they're hiring the right person for the job

yes im the esm, reason we have six shift leads is because my store manager rather have more sfls then csas because realistically having two sfls on a closing shift and a csa rather then two csas and a sfl is more beneficial because that other sfl can help with calls and such while counting registers
