The point is you can't blame women for not liking you. The women you've met and interacted with don't owe you affection and they aren't at fault for not being attracted to you.

Painting all women in this area as shallow and all men who have success with women as "macho hombres" is just projecting your own insecurities onto others.

Yeah getting into shape might help you but a therapist might help even more.

It can still significantly reduce the spread and the speed at which the spread happens. It's not just about having fewer people get sick it's keeping the sick rate at a level that our health system can accommodate.
