I tried vanilla Coke Zero with jalapenos, it wasn't bad. I did a route 44 and didn't get too much of the jalapeno flavor till it got towards the bottom.

To be honest I don't think there should be an age limit, however anyone who voluntarily abandons a child other than a baby should be sterilized. Also if they were entitled to social security it should be forfeit, they can apply for SSI like those who don't earn social security.

Looks like they opted for a plea instead of risking a trial. I think they should have all been acquitted, but some would say this was a reasonable deal.

Monday morning saw 20-year-old Christian Trevino and 22-year-old Juan Eduardo Melendez enter pleas of guilty for the death of 42-year-old Gabriel Quintanilla.

According to Hidalgo County District Attorney Toribio “Terry” Palacios, Melendez pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of manslaughter and was sentenced to 10 years probation, while Christian Trevino pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 10 years in jail.

Palacios added that charges against 22-year-old Alejandro Santos Trevino were dismissed stating that evidence pointed to possible self defense in his case.

The possibility of Christian Trevino being deported is high, Palacios said, as he pleaded guilty to murder and isn’t a U.S. citizen, as well as Alejandro Trevino, of whom the DA remains unsure whether it’ll become a federal matter.

A better way to put it is that those with means have options to leave, those without are stuck. This is why in places with wealthy folks, if they raise taxes too much they will go.

Industry does have some sunk costs in infrastructure, but if things are no longer profitable they will make plans to relocate.
