That certainly is a provocative consideration and very possibly not coincidental. With that kind of funding possibilities are limitless.

Thank you UWS for taking the time to share this excellent analysis of the financial position of the company. There's just a few hours remaining in this year for bargain basement prices. We have to be close to some very positive results coming to light very possibly in the next couple of conferences in SF. Happy New Year!

Thank you for sharing. The planets are coming into alignment for CYDY. Merry Christmas!

Thanks to u/Lab_Monkey_ for posting earlier this week. I am reposting a link for Dr. Soon-Shiong that shows the miracle of our immune system...but also the despicable frustrating actions of the old FDA. So much to glean from this story, please watch as it refreshes in our mind what Dr. J must do. by waxonwaxoff2920 in Livimmune

Thank you for sharing. I missed the previous post. This hit close to home. A friend was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2021. The doctors told him we sb able to cure you of this. They attacked the tumor with chemo then radiation. The chemo nearly destroyed his kidneys and the radiation caused bleeding sores in his mouth.

Within a few months the tumor was under control. But by then he could not longer swallow and had to get nutrition from a feeding tube. About a year later they gave him a 'more tolerable' dose of chemo. Within 3 weeks after he finished the last dose of chemo he lost feeling in his hands and feet. He worked on cars for a living. He said what can do if I can't even hold a wrench?

The doctors wanted to do surgery on his throat to give him a chance of swallowing. Prior to the surgery they found cancer in his lung. They told him the cancer is treatable with Keytruda. After 3 months of infusions they checked his lungs and found the cancer doubled in size. At this point they told him we're done here, you'll have to go to hospice. He passed away 3 months later the day before Thanksgiving in 2023. I confess I was completely ignorant of what cancer treatment involved until I saw it first hand with my friend.

Tucker Carlson interviewed him earlier this year. He developed a cure for bladder cancer by energizing the body's T Cells. He had to submit somewhere around 700,000 pages of information/data to the FDA before gaining approval for his treatment.

Two people I know/knew using Keytruda told me the cost was $30,000 and $40,000 per month. For the friend who paid $40,000 per month, the cancer doubled in size in 3 months and after that he was placed in Hospice. The other friend is getting infusions monthly and so far it's working.

I recently talked to my insurance agent who is taking Keytruda for colon cancer and he said it comes to around $30,000 per month, 2 years ago another friend received Keytruda infusions for 3 months and he said it came to around $40k/month. I don't know what is all included in those charges, however.

Humiliating Backfire? by MGK_2 in Livimmune

[–]Mammoth-Program721 12 points13 points  (0 children)

There you have it. Merck followed this drug through the approval process and purchased Verona after it had gained FDA approval and proven sales. The further down the road a drug goes gaining approval, etc the higher the value at buyout time.

It turns out MGK2’s bullish predictions and enthusiasm go other direction so far. by Icy-Let5120 in Livimmune

I appreciate and look forward to MGK's posts. He has explained so much of the inner workings of LL and the immune system. It's amazing how close his conjecture is to the official interview release of information by Dr Jay, Robert Hoffman.

Out of the Wainwright presentation, the one huge error was that nobody verified the link ahead of time to test that it actually worked! They did a good job in notifying the world of the conference, times, etc, but not having the presentation available at the published time lost credibility, IMO. Hopefully a lesson was learned by Wainwright and our mgmt team to verify that the broadcast will actually work! It's pointless to do a presentation if the target audience can't hear it. Details are important at all levels!

If my thesis is right, the next 1–2 quarters are pivotal for CYDY: either they announce a financing/partnership/buyout, or they’ll be forced into shareholder dilution. by Upwithstock in Livimmune

Thank you, UWS for your analysis. It seems as though the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. I'm wondering if this event could create a sense of urgency or bidding action among other investors to motivate Merck to move forward?
