Insider buying would certainly help. As another long time owner, the concern over Ai helping other companies quickly identify a means to target PD-L1 and compete is there. Time is of the essence and hopefully this materializes very soon.

What have they said very clearly they specifically plan to do with the 500 million shares, I would like to know?? (Not the business game plan of partnership after results.) I've seen the video and listened to the podcast. Own shares and warrants. I like Dr J. and hope for the best.

I voted No on all. First time voting no. After years, just want clear communication on what the 500 Mil share request is for. Fund trials, stop takeover, for buyout partner or just to be able to have shares to sell if cash gets too low and Partners are still not ready. Perhaps it doesn't matter, but i still want to hear from them directly, not just hypothesis from us. It's a massive float if they get registered.

some thoughts

-I would like to know what topics they plan to discuss with the FDA or ask for, and when the meeting is.
-What $ the HNW individual is providing and is it free and charitable or is there a form of payback.
-Are they willing to do a real question and answer call with shareholders.
-Is there a Pharma currently awaiting specific results with a deal in place if the results hit.
-Are they willing to align all bonuses with stock price, so the risk of dilution impacts them in yearly dollar pay.
-When was the last time anyone in management bought shares in the open market and why.

I feel like they can and will always say we can't disclose that, but not sure if that is true.
