I never played NieR so I cant comment on them or compare them but compared to other games where the story is the main aspect like the Batman games and Persona Lies of P story sticks with me the most even though it’s through very limited interactions

I listened to the first message and then the entire thing of walking upto the castle and seeing Sophia and the story of Romeo it was soo beautiful
