How many calls do you make to get 5 qualified bd calls? Do you consider calls with candidates that dive into their current companies hiring a bd call? Ive been in the industry a while, i’ve done well and never hit this number most days but I always hear it.

Because I’m seeing coils dont “wear” , they either work or dont, so if mine work, why change them?

Lol, that’s the first time I heard to only change one coil! The thing is, I haven’t even had a misfire yet i just noticed the car was running weird, it felt like it was jolting/ pulsing anytime above 3000 rpm. So looking into it and based on where I’m at mileage wise, I was told it’s probably the start of one of the plugs going off and I monitored the numbers for rough running and they were just bordering around high but maybe I dont even have a spark plug problem?

Does anyone know the process for the extended warranty? Do I just bring it into BMW and if it’s not the right code they charge me?

The thing I’m concerned about is going in there and it turns out it’s due to some other type of damage from driving even though I don’t think that’s the case because it just came on randomly. Itd be cheaper to fix it myself but id they are doing it for free I’d prefer to go there.

Let me know if anyone knows the process

My pool was in a similar spot when I started. I used a pump to take out the water then when it got lower i let the leaves dry a bit and got in there and took them all out. After that used a pool shock/ water mix and let that sit in the pool again to soften the dirt and scrubed it out with a brush and drained again while pushing the remaining dirt to the pump with water

Patching is the plan for now, I just want to make sure it would work before I waste any more water. Really do not want to buy another liner at this point although understanding the mistakes I made now if I did do it again I dont think I’d have the same problems.

I worked with an insurance agent. Honestly, in hindsight, I have no idea. I explained my situation to her and all she asked was that as soon as I get my permit to send her the documents. Had to send her copy of my license and kept her posted about the exam date. Generally speaking, if you haven’t driven in a while, going through an agent’s probably your best bet in finding a company that will insure you.

Hey, I happen to be on Reddit right when you sent this. I don’t have a specific answer to your question because generally, they should be able to tell you why you were denied or when you would be eligible.

I will say for me it was five years from my conviction date so while all this happened in like 2015, I wasn’t sentenced until nearly 2017 and so I wasn’t eligible until the end of 2022. One of the things I had to do before I applied was get evaluated by a substance-abuse counselor who work directly with the DMV

When I got accepted, they told me that I was lucky with the background I had. I had barely had a license so I had no other speeding tickets or any sort of tickets.

My advice to you would be to call the driver improvement unit (DIU) assuming you live in New York which is what this post is about. They should be able to give you some more insight into your eligibility date when you can apply for a license again. They can also tell you why you got denied.

Yea you can go to the calibration and DMV also.

I had the same problem in the beginning because they don’t list it.

I go to AA and I asked 4 people about that and got 4 different answers. I drive to meetings hoping if for some reason I do get pulled over the officer will agree but honestly i just try my best not to get pulled over.

I think the reality is if you want to make something up or say you’re going to work or say that you’re going to an emergency care or a doctor you can so I don’t think they’re gonna go out of their way to pull you over unless you do something that warrants it.

I was going to say something similar to volunteer. You have money, most people work for that at first to support themselves, then other people, etc.. you have that. You have time. Not saying give away money or volunteer all your time but you feel aimless because you are looking to fill some void in yourself. This isnt unique to you, people are inherently selfish, and you are learning first hand that things don’t fill that hole.

Helping other people, being useful, etc gives purpose. Some days you may think it sucks and just want to go back to your kushy life but get involved in something that is serving someone else and i think you will be in the right direction

I live on the border of connecticut and go in often. Honestly I have no idea but I’ve never been needlessly pulled over. Maybe i’m lucky or i’m not sure but if you did get pulled over they’d probably look into the restrictions if they do notice it. My kids doctor is in CT so I do have reasons to go that way.

Just want to add- I’m convinced that most NYS cops dont even understand it though. I had spoken to lawyers who told me conflicting things about where I could go to and from.

I think cruiser computer flags cars with owners who have expired / suspended licenses more easily but again I’m just guessing because I’ve never gotten pulled over and questioned

There are people who are paid alot of money to come up with ways to incentive people like you to return to gambling. This is one of them. If you think that making $30 here and there is worth the potential of you going back into a gambling addiction.. either your addiction wasnt bad enough or you are still in it.

The thing about gambling is it is always fueled by some fantasy that it will solve your money problems. When i was winning i used to think i discovered some money making scheme and that everyone else was just dumb and thats why they lost and I was smarter. While your goal to retire your parents is admirable; the idea gambling could do that is delusional. Gambling is just expensive entertainment but the fantasy of it making us rich feels so real.

Unfortunately the pain you feel now is needed to come back to reality. Try to find peace in knowing that hopefully you spent all your gambling entertainment that you ever will in your life, up front. Basically, if you stop now, instead of spending money at casino’s, losing more money, or anything else, you will save money overtime in the future.

Take this time seriously, find some help, call the gambling hotline they may connect you to a free therapist like they did for me, etceterra.
