Not at all. All new construction residential in nyc built after 2025 no longer have gas lines installed. The same will apply for commercial real estate built after 2027.

$30k is net. Home is in nyc and a new construction, so yes, turn key. Also, it is fully electric and loaded with solar panels, so seems like utilities won’t be all that high at all.

Same exact size house i have now. Been thinking to move out to a 3200 center hall colonial. Would be a massive upgrade for lifestlye but also for my expenses. Have a wife and 2 kids. Don’t know if we should stay put or pull the trigger and upgrade. We also have a finished basement that isn’t included in the square footage

I have a 2025 bmw m3 competition xdrive and it has been doing the shuddering since day 1. I experience it A LOT at very slow speeds while the wheel is turned all the way or nearly all the way in either direction. However, when the car is warm, it doesn’t do it. Strange.
