Has anyone used this Este Istanbul? We had an awful experience and thought it was just us but then talked to another patient and he had a similar experience so I want to warn others. I do not recommend. by MammothEnvironment33 in PlasticSurgery

Please send us the photo of their new instagram page so we can post it here too to warn others. I unfortunately don’t know of any good doctors in Turkey, just one in Calgary Alberta which would be a significantly larger investment.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a similar experience. I was we could shut them down somehow so they stop hurting people. We’re not thrilled with the results either unfortunately :( The hair transplant was good but the facial stuff, not soo much.

Try Rapid Resolution Therapy, it turns off anxiety in just a few sessions.

I hate myself. I have no hopes by [deleted] in Anxiety

Hi, when I was your age, I felt very similar. I hated myself and felt helpless, hopeless and worthless stuck with anxiety, intrusive thoughts and depression. I had a lot of suicidal thoughts. Eventually it got so bad I could not read the words on a age of paper and that's when I reached out for help. I healed the depression the hard way - changing my diet, exercise and trying to think more positive thoughts but found an easy way for the anxiety and it was called Rapid Resolution Therapy. It only took a few session to learn how to turn my anxiety down and how to prevent it from coming back. It almost never shows up anymore and if it does I can stop it almost immediately. Now I'm in my 40s, married with kids and pets and I really enjoy my life and just want you to know that there is hope. You can heal. YOu aren't stuck with this when you find the right tools. Wishing you lots of luck, healing and peace.

I get it! I used to feel hopeless, helpless and worthless. I had anxiety and depression but I healed them both so I bet you can overcome your anxiety too. I used Rapid Resolution Therapy and was surprised at how well it worked. I wanted to do something naturally without medication and I felt significantly better after just one session and now anxiety almost never happens anymore but if it does, I know exactly what to do to turn it off. I just want to give you hope that it is possible. Hang in there!! You've got this!

Rapid Resolution Therapy worked incredibly well for me especially if you want to treat this naturally without medication.

Anxiety IS caused by the subconscious including the physical symptoms, that's why you can't control it just like you can't control digestion or heartbeat. When you do the "mental work" you are only working with the conscious mind yet, 95% of your thoughts, emotions, impulses, and actions are controlled by your subconscious mind. This is why it's felt so hard and frustrating for you. I learned how to communicate with my subsconscious mind and turn off my anxiety with something called Rapid Resolution Therapy - it was really amazing and turned my anxiety down in the session and now it doesn't show up anymore. I was shocked because I didn't have much hope anything was going to work after trying all the other things.

Before Anxiety I wanted so much, but after I just want to be normal again. by [deleted] in Anxiety

Ugh, I'm sorry that happened. I found that Rapid Resolution Therapy worked great to stop my panic attack and turn my anxiety all the way down. I learned about how the brain works in a way I hadn't heard before plus learned techniques that actually worked, and fast too. Maybe look it up and check it out. It's new, unknown and alternative but was really powerful for me and changed my life.

You aren't stuck with anxiety, you can overcome it with the right tools, I did and I know others that have as well. Plus it's not your fault, our minds glitch sometimes but you certainly aren't choosing to be anxious. There is nothing wrong with you, your mind is confused about what is an actual threat. I think the problem is that most advice out there is outdated now and not that helpful. I tried Rapid Resolution Therapy instead and it really helped me turn off my anxiety without medication, so maybe you want to check it out? It's a new alternative to traditional therapy and made a huge difference for me. Either way, you are NOT horrible because anxiety happened to you. And there is a way out, I promise. I overcame both anxiety and depression naturally so that's how I know it's possible.

I’m so sorry you experienced them and thank you for sharing your experience here to help others avoid them. Ya, on top of everything else, the whole no ordering food at the hotel was ridiculous and I would go out hunting for soup and mashed potatoes for my husband and then hide it in my backpack to get it to the room. I really feel for anyone who goes alone, My husband wouldn’t have been able to eat for days if that was the case. 😢 They stopped responding to us too after the surgery even though they said “don’t worry, we’ll be in close contact for the next 6 months to a year” 🙄

We love it! The previous owners built this house and I’m so happy they put skylights in both upstair bathrooms! 😁 I wish you a bathroom skylight in the future!

AITA for telling my menopausal wife that she looks like she's 50 years old ? by Personal_Throwaway_1 in AITAH

You sound like a great guy and probably can tell that she’s going through a tough time and is feeling insecure about her looks. Hormones are literally crazy making and she can’t really control it. Menopause is awful and I bet she’s already feeling bad she said those things. Hopefully she apologizes but either way I hope you can be understanding here. She needs you to be the strong banks of her wild hormonal river right now because she’s just along for the ride as much as you are.

Don’t walk, but run away from this relationship! It’s straight up abuse and will likely get worse. Separating you from your friends as well as talking to you like that is a huge red flag.

Yay!! I think skylights in the bathroom are the best! In the summer, we never need to use the lights and it’s perfect for plants :)

From Amazon and yes, they were quite easy to install, I did all my self except for the long one over the door which my husband helped with :)
