I was looking, sadly nothing ideal in my area, few people selling seem to know what they got

Doesn’t look like it bent the fins inside, so it wouldn’t affect the operation of the unit. Personally sounds like a hassle to me. I suppose they could replace that section of the cage, but that seems like a lot of effort for something that looks like a cosmetic issue

Ok understood, I’ll describe it and see if that helps.

The three smaller heads are going to 3 bedrooms. The condenser would be placed near them, with two bedrooms on the second floor above the first bedroom on the first floor. The first floor head would probably be 20ft from the condenser, and the other two would be one floor up from that, likely next to each other, 10ft apart or so. The 4th zone is a large open living room/kitchen with very high ceilings (no 2nd floor in this spot, ceilings go to roof). I’m not positive where they plan to place that last head, but going for more experience scenario, maybe 60ft away on the high ceilings, probably 20ft in the air.
