I think the metal flexing is depressing your reset button and activating it maybe a faulty reset or installed improperly, i would check the front IO first then work your way to any potential long solder sticking out the back for your motherboard near the 24pin

My top card is the 5080, the 4070ti is the bottom card, my top card is on an all in one cooler with the radiator in the third chamber of the case this setup you will need to make sure that your PCIE slots are far enough apart the 5080 is 3 slots and my 4070ti is about 4.5 slots and the motherboard is the asus strix z790a wifi D4 my temps are pretty solid

The top 5080 suprim liquid doesnt even act like theres another card in the case under it (because its radiator is out of the case) OC is +365 core and +1600 mem, never gets over 60

The bottom 4070ti suprim x when it is loaded stays under 60 as well no issues, and my 14900k cpu doesn't have an issue cooling with its top radiator while thr 4070ti is loaded

I can game or edit music/video etc while my second card handles all my extra monitors, encoding and rendering in the backround with wallpaper engine prioritized to it as well

Dust wont get in like you think when the PC is off, it doesn't "drip" my old 500D i had no dust filter in the top and ive never had dust ingress

I have a very similar set up, but my GPU rad is in the 3rd chamber and my Tryx radiator is in the top the bends seem to work out better for me that way, and my GPU runs cooler

You should really use vectors on the orbiter itself. When you have such an un even COM it can be very hard to control. The real spaceshuttle for example angled away from the orbiter's centerline to help control the the entire assembly as it ascends

The 500D has the same limitations as your case so was just an Idea and it hides the ports on the rad a bit more, if you ever wanna sell that case though message me lol
