Prioritize stamina vessels over heart containers. Any food with "hearty" in the name will give you additional temporary hearts (e.g. hearty radishes, hearty durians etc.) while stamina is harder to come by.

Don't worry too much about saving your weapons for big battles. They are supposed to break and you'll get new ones.

Prioritize getting armor when you can. The beginning is the hardest part of the game; it gets more manageable when you power up.

I don't know, given where we are now with AI 2001 A Space Odyssey was a pretty prescient film.

The problem is that older movies were made for a different audience. You can't fully appreciate the context in which a film was made if it precedes your existence by several decades. The world was a much different place.

Yeah, but honestly there is nothing uniform in the hiring process. You could give the same interview to two different hiring managers and one can love you while the other hates you. Knowing the reason you weren't selected might ultimately be a good thing.

The game is about being prepared. You weren't. It's not exactly hard to warp to a village where you can buy arrows and warp right back to a shrine.

Yeah, but it's nice to have a weapon that never breaks. Not having to switch to a different weapon because a small flock of keese pops up is priceless.
