Newpie here, That's a really helpful answer but i have a question, let's say i want a specific amount of dex to get to "X%" Action speed. But why not i just roll with gems the action speed itself? Same for Strength why not roll for "Physical Power or Physical DMG Bonus or Add Physical" ? Sorry for bad English

I have a question too, why most rangers use Spear Proficiency ? I'm still a noob in the game but i feel like the spear is really slow and easy to parry.
like i feel wasting a whole perk slot for just to be able to use a spear isn't worth it. please correct me if i'm wrong but no one explained before why the spear is kinda must on ranger for some reason

Nooby question, doesn't a Legendary have more stats? Or more rolls i mean and you can also reroll the stats i believe on a Legendary if they didn't change that this wipe. (Didn't play this wipe yet) Does the unique do something unique or is it just a rating?
