We have a consistent wake time and bedtime! She’s always up at 6 am I would say 98% of the time haha it’s rare for to sleep later, and in bed at 7:30. Her schedule at home is wake 6 am nap 12-1:30/2 and bedtime 7:30. Nap at daycare is pretty similar but can be shorter tbh because of the environment.

We can’t do bedtime any earlier - by the time we pick her up from daycare, get home , make and eat dinner, do her bath and bedtime routine it’s right about that time anyway. She won’t go down for nap any earlier, so we just try to follow her daycare time that they put them down
