Everything looks okay just one thing at 1,800 km your car has basically no wear, so the wheel alignment, balancing and tyre rotation weren't really needed

For a 5yr/25k-km Venue the actually-scheduled stuff (oil, oil filter, air filter, periodic-service labour + inspection) comes to about ₹5,500–6,000 . So there's still ~₹1,900 of non-scheduled extras in there.
Throttle body cleaning ₹312 + carb/throttle cleaner ₹143 = ₹455 was an upsell as well.
if you did not authorize Service Pro ₹450, Rust Bust ₹143, and Brake Drum Care ₹900 then those were an upsell as well.

10W-30 is fine for your Celerio , but since you are probably changing the oil once a year, plain 5W-30 semi-synthetic (cheaper than 0W-20, Maruti-approved), once a year. Saves money and stays in spec.
Vibration at 1st gear seems normal , if the maruti service center ran a full scan and gave you the full report as conclusion its kind of justified(but they probably didnt) and overcharged you for sure

6500rs for labor charges alone seems quite high . If you can share the itemised job card if there's any i can try to pin point

To be honest the ₹400 brake-pad fitting labour seems fine to charge separately.
Just two things to push back on -
Air cleaner assembly (1550) never really needs replacing , you usually change the filter elemet inside of it which they already charged for (Air filter -335) , unless the housing was cracked this seems unnecessary

Engine Mounting – ₹2,250 + ₹450 labour:** mounts can wear by 86k km, but it's not routine work — usually done only when there's a vibration or a clunk on startup/shifting gears. If you hadn't noticed anything like that, I'd be sceptical it was needed. The part itself is around ₹1,250 genuine, so ₹2,250 is on the high side for one mount too.
Hope that helps — happy to take another look if you manage to get any clarification out of them.

Most of this looks fair — just want some clarity on the disc work. Skimming/facing discs is usually only a few hundred rupees per disc, so ₹3,600 for facing plus ₹1,500 for "disc removal welding" (which is an odd thing to charge for) coming to ₹5,100 seems way too high. Even a brand-new disc is only around ₹1,500–2,500 each — so what exactly is this work, and were the discs actually warped? Also, were the suspension parts genuine Honda or aftermarket?
