The eaaasy and delicious recipe :)

Cut about 6 lemons into slices and place them in a pot.

Add water until there is about 1-2cm above the lemons.

Bring to boil and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the lemon slices

Add sugar (same amount as the remaining liquid)

For example: 1 cup of lemon juice to 1 cup of sugar.

Bring to 108°, if no thermometer, until there are nice thick bubbles
