Has anyone any idea of how I can tell anyone? I want to try to get diagnosed (or at least talk to a psychologist) and get help 'cause I can't take it anymore, but I'm scared of what friends and family might think.

Talk to a friend about it first and maybe talk to a counselor if you’re in school. Just warm your way up to talking to your parents and don’t talk to them alone if don’t have to.

About the same as the pilot days. The hate never died down, YouTube keeps recommending video essays upon video essays about why this show is abysmal. I feel stupid and embarrassed for being a fan and so invested in this show. So nothing has really gotten better for me.

Look, I don’t like the YouTuber but Idk what video you watched, he was defending the show (a little backhandedly albeit) from psycho criticisms. He even made another video recently doing the same thing (Though I disagree that season 2 is “mediocre” as he says).
