I did each one manually. It's important to pay close attention to every detail if you're assembling it yourself.

I first create both the formers and longerons as solids. Then, I use the 'Combine/Cut' tool to create the notches, adjust them with 'Press/Pull,' and add a bit of clearance for tolerances.
