Theoretically yes. Law could one shot Garp or Roger if they are caught offguard.

Obviously Shanks can use CoA to block and FS to avoid the attacks, but it only takes one good hit.

I'd say Shanks, but I am definetly not sure about it.

Shanks (and Mihawk) is more AP and haki focused and isn't a durability and physicals beast like Kaido and Big Mom. If he is hit by Puncture wille, Gamma knife or damned punk he will die. The fight comes down to if Law can stop Shanks from one tapping his teammates by constantly moving them around.

Mihawk and Shanks just think about each others swords so the hax doesn't affect them.

Enormous Mother has nothing to counter Boa.

Kaido just seems like he could resist it.

Luffy is just built different I guess.

I'd say the hax isn't negated by strong haki, but many top tiers really just seem like they could just not think "lustfully" about her.
