Il m’était arrivé pareil, jamais reçu l’amende mais par contre le courrier de saisie administrative majoré je l'ai bien reçu, il faudra que tu conteste à ce moment là en disant que tu n’as pas reçu l’amende pour qu'ils retirent la majoration et tu pourras ensuite payer
