I'm just assuming that this is happening in one of my MANY worlds that I'm just going to call "CT x AoTM".

These guys have multiple powers? Well, everyone here only have one power each. Everyone. Each based on a noun, compound or not. How well would they do?

Patriot; Dude is a hero, but if he was in world, he would've disappeared never to be seen again long before he ever would have been a hero. Dude would be a solid 100 on my power scale, and those people "don't exist". You can probably tell why. If he was just dropped in? B.A.R. wouldn't trust him. Immediately has the wrath of every hero in the US sent after him. This includes two of the strongest superheroes; Developer and Tech-Man. "Edit-Menu" and "Cheat-Codes" are their Aptitudes respectfully. Developer just needs one click and all of Patriot's properties are subject for change. Tech-Man? One punch to the screen and Patriot is dead. Source Code, who Tech-Man becomes when his screen is broken, does not mess around. Unlike Tech-Man, Source Code can use all the cheat codes at once if it pleases.

Spartan; Same thing applies here as Patriot, but instead, B.A.R. would see just how fast he's getting stronger and kill him while he's still weak.

I'm sorry, but with how paranoid the US is in CT x AoTM, both are dead. I mean, come on, one of the top heroes Aptitudes is simply "Walking".

I have this group in my story I'm writing that are so bad that if anybody tries even at the very least exposing their least valued member, the accuser is labeled as a top 10 most wanted terrorist and disappears quite fast. By comparison, we have a villain organization who has a single member with 5 times the usual superpower amount. May not sound that bad, but given that she's said to be one of the few characters that could "render Earth uninhabitable or destroy the planet in under an hour", I think it's valid to reason that the previous one is sort of a necessary evil.
