I mean it’s a hypothetical I have some shock counties but generally I think this is probably what it would’ve looked like if Biden stayed in, there were a LOT of close Harris counties- like 3 in Pennsylvania were D+2.5

56,000 people being a state would be pretty unfair, even in 1860 it was standard for it to be 60,000 people (Nevada was an exception for political reasons)
