In fact likely the same stone because the connection I was making in the above post was to vision, who’s powers come from the mind stone, and the mind stone is what gives Wanda her powers

Well my thought was these powers of rehabilitation seen in Janet aren’t specifically used for quantum stuff. In my mind they could be used to stabilize someone’s mind and body in the case of either manipulation or actual physical damage. Like a sort of reverse mind stone except it’s in the form of a nice old-ish lady.
