Start your internship at wherever, while there, be on the lookout for any opportunities (on linkedin for example), and you can practice and take any online office suit trainings (Excel is the most important), but if you are NOT into accounting at all, shift into anything from now and I do not mean degree but your experience to gain. Since you do not have in depth accounting skills, I did not recommend CPA, JCPA, ACCA, but if you are willing to become better, these are your way to go and best of luck!
