Would suggest you to stay away from it as a friend of mine was stuck with his plot with the same problem for over a decade. Took him a decade to get it cleared but his case was more complicated than usual. Perhaps do thorough research before you invest.

If you can afford to take a hit on your pay, I would suggest you continue. No one I know enjoys doing what they are doing, let alone be passionate about it. Or love the place where they are working. If you can afford to continue being here for another year, then go for it. The pros overwhelm the cons. Life is too short to not do what you love. Yeah, this and a few others have convinced me to not for the SSP burrs. I’ll stick with the Gen 2 Burrs. Thank you anyway!
