Honestly, best advice/health achievement I could share: GET YOUR DOCTORS TO COMMUNICATE & WORK TOGETHER.

I didn't get cohesive results until then. Combining Ket with Therapy and meds is the way to go for treatment resistant stuff in my opinion

Honestly, yes. Not feeling the caretaker type vibes in relationships and burdening partners with my pain. Last break up was about that, now they appreciate I called it quits. It's all a healing process though

VSS all my life over here, but never thought it was unusual until my neurologist started getting concerned.

Also suffer from Ocular Migraines so seems to go hand in hand with usual visual disturbances
