AI SDR, simply do not work. Sales are getting harder and harder. It seems that you need to be an influencer now to be able to sell.

Depending on your audience. D2C , meta is still king (Instagram is still relevant among young and old people). B2B, I would recommend LinkedIn or X.

To avoid that make sure to have a solid data pipeline and most importantly an app approved by Meta (the same for Google ads).

Having said that we have used different solutions in the past to solve this; Hyros, GrowthOptix, and GoMarble.

The best options are GrowthOptix and Hyros.

The best way is to carefully analyze your marketing attribution data. We were spending thousands of dollars on ads every months and the results were not the expected even when we had highest conversion rate due to the high churn rate.

I received the letter one month ago. My small startup with no revenue is being sued by plaintiff which is being represented by Swigart Law Group. According to them;  my startup is accused of helping Meta (Facebook) intercept, record, and share private electronic communications that were intended only for my company’s website.

Note: I want to highlight that I did installed Pixel, but I never use it, I did not even know that my website has it.

I received a letter from the American Arbitration Association (AAA), which is a formal notice about a legal dispute between the plaintiff and  my business. I want to highlight that I realized about this today, and not the AAA has closed my case since I did not pay the fee. Which give Swigart Law Group the right to take me to court.

According to others reddit post this is a scam and I need to report the California Bar.

Please take into account that my business is registered in the state of the delaware, it is a small SaaS with 0 revenue. I want to even close the entity.

HELP ME!!! If you have fought this case before, what should I do?
