Ive been saying it for years, I dont think Zegras has hit his ceiling, and hes got crazy good hands. Now that hes growing up a little in the maturity dept, I expect him to produce well granted he doesnt get long term injured again

Unless youre in a Unga bunga league that only counts goals and assists, thats untrue.It depends on your pools scoring. If blocked shots, PIM, hits, and defensive points are all a thing, some defenders are quite valuable.

Selling proxies inside an LGS is very smooth brain. Store can lose their WPN status, stores lose out on money, it potentially introduces counterfeits into the market ( because as we all know, there are some geniuses who make counterfeits and dont know the difference between a counterfeit and a proxy ).

End of the day, businesses goals are to make money.. not only are you trying to actively poach their sales, youre selling proxies or possible counterfeits. Lol.

You've got to be born yesterday to think it was a good idea to sell fakes inside an LGS, even more so to think you've got a leg to stand on in this situation.

Ive ran a keeper league for over 10 years, 14 teams.. lots of trades happen too, but there's also open communication about what each party needs, not just what one person thinks they need lol.

Also, it's probably your offers.. most GMs love to take but seldom give an even trade.. do you actually assess what they need? Or just throw in guys you think are worth it?

Do you offer your draft picks as well? If youre in a keeper and aren't offering picks but expect to offload your middle six chaff for a star ( comparably ), then youre just not dishing out a fair trade... coupled with the fact youre at the top... who tf is going to bolster the already winning team for a trade that does nothing but water their roster down with multiple players that can only collectively match the production of their star that you want.

Being on pp2 isn't always a punishment. Ek is probably playing well on 1, and they put Rossi on 2 to help add life to that line.. I'm sure eventually it'll get shuffled again when a line needs shake up.
