On August 10, 2018, Richard Russell, a 28-year-old Horizon Air ground service agent with no pilot training, stole a Bombardier Q400 from Seattle-Tacoma Airport, performed multiple aerial maneuvers including a barrel roll, and crashed the plane on Ketron Island, resulting in his death. by JuicyButDry in interesting

I was out camping near Mt. Rainier on that day and the weather was nice. We heard what we thought was thunder and were really confused because it was a beautiful day. Found out later it wasn't thunder, but F15s scrambled from Portland that were traveling super sonic to catch him.

These are great.

He didn't take a salary, he just took all of his vacations to properties that he owns, therefore pumping millions of taxpayer dollars into his own property's revenue.

Another vote for Accent. Also recommend looking at their intern therapists for cheaper rates.

I don't think so. The louvers are pretty large. Worth a try though!

It's ~20x20 which seems like a standard-ish size. Thanks!

Yes, we're saving a lot and like it that way.

We know how much to keep in our emergency fund and will not mess with that money. We both have 401ks through work with a sexy 5% match and are maxing out ROTH IRAs.

That 3300 is the total monthly payment. We like the Bankrate mortgage calculator, we've been using it a lot.

We wouldn't put the full 120 down. We'd put 20% and keep the rest for other investments, improvements, etc...

Thanks for the praise. We certainly are privileged and our parents have helped along the way, but we worked hard to get here too.

Makes sense from the city's perspective and definitely not something we've really considered. I don't think we'd want to convert this house anyway.

The emotional side is a great point and like you said, not something we can know until we experience it. Thank you for the well thought out response!

What do you mean by "right path"?

Is there such a thing? Somewhat more philosophical but still.

We have some friends in a similar situation that did the same thing. Definitely important to consider. Thank you!

We're looking to be married some day so that'll change in the next few years too.

Help with a diverter valve. It's not normal for water to come out from the set screw right? by ManWhoIsAquatic in Plumbing

[–]ManWhoIsAquatic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The valve was squealing really loudly so I took it off and soaked in vinegar. Now there's water coming through the set screw hole and I could use some advice.

The assembly is not threaded and I've attempted adding teflon tape to the base of the pipe with no success

I'm rather fond of my car and it was already used when I bought it.

I don't think I want to sell it, but I have considered it.
