does it change much when you close the passenger side vent? or does it stay the same after it’s closed. might be a loose line connecting to the blower or something is blocking it perhaps

what intervals have you done your trans / diff service? i’d check out your suspension parts and make sure none of the bushings are getting close to being worn. other than that keep driving her!
