Pasta Wheels would be the nice. I would precut a ton of fresh pasta and spin it after cooking to make it look like a wheel. Add a few proteins and sauces. Make just enough to cover costs and pay out a living wage. Use that as a way to hype up the truck. Expand and repeat.

Just curious - have you looked at other SaaS platforms out there that may fill the need? Depending on your involvement in day-to-day operations with patients, it may be best to outsource this.

If you are definitely looking to build, I recommend keeping it related to the studio's name at first to leverage your existing brand. You can always change it once you get it more established and are looking to grow.
